We bought this unit and it worked fine the first few times we used it - we really liked the way it felt. Then on about the 4th use, it froze up right in the middle of a massage and none of the buttons on the remote would work. The only way to get it going was to unplug it then plug it back in. At that point it would go into "Demo" mode - meaning it would do it's own thing, switching from shiatsu to rolling mode, without us touching one button on the remote. As soon as we'd touch any button on there remote, it would freeze again. So we're sending it back (ordered online) but will try ONE replacement, hoping it will work. We're hoping the "computerzation" doesn't have glitches in it. We wanted to get one for our daughter but will now wait to see how our replacement works.
