The Cons:Substandard graphics card.

The 625 is one of HP's low-cost notebook laptop options. The 625 has most of the same features as HP's 425 notebook, but with a bigger screen (15.6" instead of 14"). HP is promoting the 425 and 625 as being ideal for small business users looking for versatility and value in their notebook laptop.

Product Shot 2 One of the key features of these notebooks is AMD's VISION Pro Technology, which is a visual platform geared specifically toward business use (and best used with Windows 7 Professional). This technology boasts clear graphics (useful for presentations), enhanced virus protection and energy efficiency. AMD is also present in the processor options for the 625. You have a choice between AMD's 2.3GHz Turion II dual, 2.1GHz Athlon II dual core and 2.2GHz V series processor. The 2 megapixel webcam and integrated microphone make face-to-face interaction possible whenever it is needed. The 425 and 625 are HP's most affordable notebook offerings.
