#hp_g60_519wm Bought this for my mom who uses it mostly to play games. Had issues with first one but was able to get replacement. Now the battery will not charge nor will the computer work with the battery installed. Works fine with battery pulled and connected to outlet. Any idea on how to remedy?

#hp_g60_519wm I've had it less than a day (this is my 1st laptop) and it's already locked up forcing me to Cntl+Alt+Del - nothing too odd for Microsoft I guess. I"m still glad I got it as its a great value.
