It also has: 4, 6 and 8GB DDR3 RAM options; your choice of a 320, 500 or 640GB hard drive; your choice of a 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 switchable graphics processor or a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 switchable or non-switchable graphics and a 15.6" diagonal High Definition LED HP Brightview Widescreen Display with a 1366x768 native resolution.

Additionally, the dv6t Select Edition has the option of a Blu-ray +/-R/RW with SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW optical drive.

Even at its base configuration, the dv6t Select Edition can deliver excellent everyday performance with its Intel Core i3 Dual Core processor, 4GB of DDR3 Ram and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 graphics processor. At its highest configuration, the dv6t Select Edition's Intel Core i7 Quad Core processor and high-end ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 graphics processor make for a powerful mobile gaming machine. However in higher configurations, don't expect stellar battery life; the standard 6 Cell Lithium Ion Battery is rated at 5 hours at base configuration and significantly lower with the inclusion of an i7 processor.
