The ProBook 4415s is an entry-level business notebook from HP that is designed for small office professionals. The laptop has a 14.0" LED-backlit display with n ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card. It features up to 8GB of DDR2 memory, an up to 320GB hard drive, and is customizable to have either an AMD Turion II or Athlon II Dual Core processor. The ProBook 4415s includes a DVD SuperMulti drive, Bluetooth connectivity, and has the additional option of a 2-megapixel webcam. It also has Expresscard and media card slots, as well as HDMI, VGA, and 4 USB ports. The ProBook 4415s is available glossy noir finish and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.

Pros
- affordable price
- plenty of power for basic business tasks
- 14" LED backlit display - 720p capable 1366 x 738px resolution
- available with Linux pre-installed
- onboard ATI graphics for many times the performance of the equivalent Intel GMA
- slick business aesthetic
- higher build quality than most cheap consumer-targeted laptops
- HDMI output
- optional Blu-ray optical drive
- respectable battery life
- comes with Windows 7
Cons
- AMD processors - less efficient than Intel equivalents albeit cheaper (use more power to get the same amount of work done)
- 16:9 aspect ratio is less than ideal for business productivity (productivity software, web browsing, etc...)
- battery life is not as great as Intel based business options from the likes of Lenovo
