The HPS2031a model is a 20" mid-grade LCD monitor designed to compliment everyday computer use. The HPS2031a features a dynamic contrast ratio of 15,000:1 and a native resolution of 1600x900 with a 5ms total response time.

The HPS2031a computer monitor features Energy Star 5.0 compliance to ensure it does not use an excess of power during operation and HP claims the two-lamp panel (as opposed to a four lamp panel) contains "up to 50% less mercury" which means a lower total power consumption. The HPS2031a monitor also includes integrated speakers, VGA, DVI and HDCP ports, and a one year limited warranty offered through the manufacturer HP complete with online/phone support as well.
