HP TouchSmart IQ816

Introduced in the middle of September 2008 and released to the public in mid October, the HP Touchsmart IQ816 is a high end media-centric PC, integrated into large 25.5" high definition, wall-mountable touchscreen monitor. Featuring the same processor, RAM, screen, storage drive, and connectivity/ports, the main differences between it and the lower IQ804 model are the stronger video card, Blu-ray drive and the included external hard drive. Technologically, The HP IQ816 has eveythin except the HDMI output which is now a standard for video and audio output. I hope HP will correct this default for the next version.

bought the touch screen tv and computer and no technician from the store has been able to make the TV work. Now they say I cannot return it because there is nothing wrong with the computer. The fact is that I spent so much money to have TV and computer and they were suppose to know how to install it and they have not been able to do it after I pay the extra amount for installation. Now I will loose the installation fee I paid plus and extra $300.00 because they have been taking turns in trying to fix the problem.
