The Cons:Only 363MB of RAM. Doesn't come with the latest version of Sense UI - lacks some of the improved features of other new HTC offerings such as the Desire HD.

The HTC Merge (Lexikon) or ADR6325 is a dual-mode CDMA/GSM worldwide slider smartphone released by Verizon Wireless and supposedly based on the Lexikon. Featured is the Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS, the HTC Sense 1.6 user interface, and the Google Bing search engine.

According to reports the Bing engine has been highly integrated into the device, though the ability to download other Google apps (Maps, for instance) will still be available. On the technical side, the Merge hosts an 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 3.8” (800x480) Sony touchscreen SLCD display, 2GB of storage space, and a 5MP camera for 720p video capture. Initial reports say the device performs faster than the 1GHz Nexus One, but an official report is still in the works.
