The Hydro-Industries ReelSmart is an easy to setup, and one of the easist self-winding garden hose reels to use.  It is great for someone that either can't or doesn't want to manually wind up the hose reel on a cart. It doesn't require any special tools or skills to setup, and doesn't require electricity or batteries to run.
