iLuv App Station iMM190
$90.00
Released March, 2010
The Pros:Auxiliary input for use with non-dockable iPods. Downloadable iPod Touch / iPhone application for use while docked - includes the time and weather conditions, will be updated over time for additional functionality. Winner of the 2010 CES Innovations and Design award.
The Cons:Looks like an HTC ripoff. Poor stereo separation - like most smaller, fixed speaker iPod docks. Needs you to disable your phone's auto-lock functionality to be used as an alarm clock - annoying for when you take your phone out.
The iMM190 is a mid-range iPhone/iPod speaker dock from iLuv. Designed primarily for the iPhone and iPod touch, it is notable for its "App Station" functionality, which allows it to run any app while a compatible device is docked and charging, including an alarm clock app designed by iLuv specifically for the iMM190.
