"The vacuum works well except for the beater bar. I have really long hair, and it gets caught at each end of the beater bar where there is a slot-like space. This causes bar to freeze, the vacuum belt to slip and is quite annoying. I have to clean/pull the hair out of the vacuum every other time I use it. Huge design flaw, imo. Everything else about the vacuum works fine. Great suction, easy to change bags, the retractable cord snaps into the vacuum easily, it won't suck up area rugs. " more
