I have really long hair, and it gets caught at each end of the beater bar where there is a slot-like space. This causes bar to freeze, the vacuum belt to slip and is quite annoying. I have to clean/pull the hair out of the vacuum every other time I use it. Huge design flaw, imo. Everything else about the vacuum works fine.
