"The Nerf Longshot isn' actualy that great.Once I bought it I immediatly opened it up.The box says that it shoots 35 feet,but when I first shot it the dart only went 10 feet!The Maverick shoots further than that!"

Jacob,, I had the same problem too. I removed the front pistol, and then I got the range I was expecting from both the pistol and the rifle. The only thing that I can guess that happens is that the barrels are not ligning up properly.

Hi Jacob - My name is Jacob too, and I just bought the Long Shot and let me tell you it is the ultimate in Nerf Technology. It shoots more than 35 feet. You may be using only the front gun and not to whole weapon.
