June 24, 2007 at 9:48 pm

"It supposedly works on grass and cobblestones, to name two. LandRollers don't work on the dirt roads around here, either; I tried those first. My dirtboard with 9-1/2 inch tires is about the only thing short of a bicycle that will work. I figured out the rear strap; make sure to thread it through the provided loops when ratcheting. Then to undo them, push the tab, and the whole strap, horizontally along the top of your foot and both front and rear straps slide off almost effortlessly."

I plan to go back and clean it up when I get a chance. At the same time, though it is written from a personal perspective, it is a lot more informative than, for example, the relatively content-free marketing blurb under one of the other waterproof digital cameras: "A truly waterproof camera up to 200 feet. Going on some deep dives? A powerful external flash will illuminate those elusive sea creatures. Nessie, I've got your number." In all fairness, I hope that "reviewer" got a similar message."

2. sent a message to jcomeau_ictx - May 24, 2007 at 11:30 pm

"Hi Omar, thanks, I realized I did it wrong after I'd already done it.
