New pro/con: The worst customer service I have had on a product in my life. The unit broke 3 times during the one year warranty period. Now I am stuck with the final dead replacement
New pro/con: Great feature set. When it worked, I loved it. Unfortunately it broke 3 times in warranty period and at the end of the year my money was down the tubes.
