"Purchased Vizio 32 TV on August 6, 2006 - it died on August 10, 2007. I called the Vizio support desk - their answer was "its past the one year warranty - too bad - $749 at Sams Club for 1 year and i week TV - that's not a reasonable price - did not know Vizio then but thought it was safe purchase at Sams Club - wish that I had bought another brand"

"Purchased Vizio 32 TV on August 6, 2006 - it died on August 10, 2007. Took 45 minutes of holding to get Vizio support - their answer - too badGreat TV until it dies (power supply) then you're on your own IF you buy - better get the extended warranty - otherwise you're screwed!! "
