JL Audio TR650-CXi

The JL Audio TR650-CXi is a high end speaker set. It includes two "Evolution" 6.5" coaxial speakers with a continuous power handling limit of 50 Watts. This particular speaker set is a custom fit for US. and European GM vehicles that use 6.5" stock speakers; they are configured for multiple hole mounting configurations. Each individual TR650-CXi speaker is made up of a high quality polypropylene cone body, and is injection-molded, mica-filled, has a flat-profile/ symmetrical-roll spider, and is surrounded with a butyl rubber surround material. Special features include a textile dome tweeter body shape complete with an integral phase plug, a ferrite and ceramic material magnet, and each speaker is ferrofluid cooled and damped. The JL Audio TR650-CXi speaker set currently has no listed release date and has an MSRP of $169.
