September 11, 2008 at 8:54 am

"This is a (very large) 800x600 (852x480) plasma computer monitor. It can handle 480p on its DVI port (EDTV) and down-rez to 1080i but it is neither a HDTV TV nor a HDTV monitor. It has great screen clarity and detachable side speakers. Some users report it going black - this is when you throw it away. It is cheap, made in China and nowadays not worth repairing. I have had mine for the last 2.5 years (from Sears) and it goes great (fingers crossed). Enjoy."
