"Althought this is marketed as a "1080" camera, it is very important to know that this is 1080i, not 1080p. Its other modes are 720p/60 and 720p/30; it does not do any form of 24fps, nor does the included software include any sort of 3:2 cadence removal. Also, as of this writing, the 1080i .mv4 files cannot be used on a Macintosh. Copying over the files will create a "green screen only" video. It is rumored that QuickTime will be updated at some point to support this format, but it has not yet."
