I had similar problems as listed in this forum, after reading the instructions on Eriks post, I decided to try it out myself. And it worked. One thing I noticed about the Tascam products is it needs to be directly plugged into the computer usb ports. Meaning no splicers or 7 in 1 USB hubs for it.
