It has a metal sputtering olefin diaphragm and aramid reinforced pulp cone which work together to enhance the sound. It comes with a dual-input 4 ohms voice coil and a impedance of 4 + 4 ohms. The JVC CS-AW6040 is labeled as an entry class model which means that it is one of the cheaper models and is trimmed down in terms of features compared to some of the others.
