JVC CS-AW7240

The JVC CS-AW7240 differs from its sister model, the JVC CS-SW7220, by just size and price and nothing else. It is a member of the 2009 JVC mobile line, is 12" subwoofer, and comes with a 2 year warranty. It uses dual 2 ohm voice coils and a rapid-fire impedence selector terminal that has fuse protection, a neccessary feature to increase the durability of the product. The subwoofer has a T3 Chassis that works together with heat transfer silicon to transfer the thermal energy to prevent overheating and long term damage. The JVC CS-AW7240 gives the owner 1800 watts of maximum power handling with continuous 600 watts RMS. It uses a Glass-Fiber Laminated HEMP Cone to enhance the sound and performance.
