The JVC Everio GZ-HD5 is a high definition camcorder capable of capturing video in full-HD 1920x1080 resolution and has a 60GB internal hard-drive. It features a 1/5" 3 CCD chipset that records in progressive scan. The lens is manufactured by Fujinon and is capable of 10x optical zoom, and 200x digital zoom, with image stabilization. The camera can record up to 30mbps, with an additional three lower modes down to 11mbps, and offers 1080p 60fps output via HDMI 1.3.
