JVC Everio GZ-MG840

Launched in Japan on December 5th 2008, the Everio GZ-MG840 is a enhanced standard definition camcorder from JVC. Featuring an internal 60GB HDD, 32x optical zoom, a 1/6" CCD sensor, a USB 2.0 port, microSD and micro SDHC card slot and a 2.7-inch LCD screen, the GZ-MG840 shoots at a resolution of 720x480. With up to 14 hours and 20 minutes of video in maximum resolution, the GZ-MG840 is specially engineered for the YouTube generation - making it easy to batch upload your favourite clips to the site. Sadly it is unknown at this time whether the device will come to North America - and with it's $800 price tag it probably wouldn't sell even if it did.
