JVC Everio GZ-MS110
$230.00
Released January, 2010
The Pros:Compact and lightweight. Fast start up. Affordable pricepoint.
The Cons:Difficult to hold and use for those with larger hands. Not high definition - very difficult to be satisfied with in these days of HD. Doesn't take still images.
The JVC Everio GZ-MS110 is a standard definition camcorder with the lowest price point in the Everio product line. The device does not have the same quantity, or quality, of features as others in the JVC's 2010 releases and is intended to a bare bones option for those who do not need advanced functionality.

The camcorder has no internal memory storage and exclusively relies on the use of SD/SDHC memory cards with a single card slot. This does mean that there is no internal hard drive which means the device is more energy efficient, more durable, and weights significantly less. Additionally, the camcorder has a 45x dynamic zoom, which is extensive for its price range, and features an image stabilizer for smoother video capture. The camcorder can also upload directly to Youtube with the push of one button and a USB cable connection.
