I had a pair of Kelme's before...I think they are from the Ukraine. The paw print, "K", and backwards "K" are always featured on their shoes....love it.

JEM is truly truly truly outrageous. Kelme is a Spanish company, but their shoe production takes place in the Russian Federation and Moldova. I had a pair a few years back, and they were manufactured in the Ukraine.
