Product Shot 1 The Pros:User interface is slick looking and easy to use. Two USB ports, enabling semi-permanent use of media storage devices and other accessories at the same time. Installation is relatively easy, no surprises, requires only intermediate level expertise.

The Cons:Needs a firmware reset to fix a number of chronic issues. Some intermittent lag in the interface. Instruction manuals aren't very explicit, contain a number of omissions.
