The bodybugg my wife recieved didnt work so we called the customer service. We basically got the run around and the problem still hasn't been resolved. We were told they were having trouble calling us back because they had so many escalated problems. Sounds like the bodybugg still has a lot of buggs. For the cost, I wouldn't recommend this product. Hard to burn calories when you're sitting on the phone waiting for "customer service"."</p></div>
