KiFit
$150.00
Released December, 2009
The Pros:Provides a wide swath of caloric/exercise data in graphical form for analysis. Automatically produces graphs after syncing with web application. Very easy to determine if personal exercise goals are being met.
The Cons:Fairly expensive for the initial device purchase, with rather expensive monthly subscription fee. Web application is complex and some users may find it frustrating to navigate menus. Performance is optimal when detailed diet information is included, which can be too time consuming for some.
The KiFit is an armband device that is designed to monitor your body round the clock, keeping track of calories burned, physical activity and your sleep habits, amongst other things. The KiFit also has a web management system, for a monthly subscription, where you can keep track of all your statistics and goals.

The KiFit armband multi-monitor is a fitness tool which allows someone to have access to detailed information regarding their health statistics. These include keeping track of the number of calories burned during any point in the day, and during your sleep, calorie intake, physical activity, total steps taken and sleep time/efficiency. The KiFit seeks to fill a gap in the market by providing a more detailed analysis of the bodies statistics throughout a day than more targeted health monitors, such as a pedometer or heart rate monitor. This approach is highlighted by the KiFit web management system online where you can view an overall picture of your gathered statistics. The KiFit can also be bought with an optional display for real time readings.
