The Kingston KHX1600C9D3/4G is a DIMM memory module featuring 4GB of DDR3 RAM. It’s an upgrade from the KHX1333C7AD3/4G, in that it can reach even higher speeds of 1600MHz, versus just 1333MHz. Like its counterpart, which is also non-ECC, this module hosts 240 pins.
