Since the series is now in its fifth generation, the manufacturer has re-engineered the drivers and added a new crossover system to the RB-41 II. The woofer cones are made of a lightweight cerametallic material, which promotes a tight bass response. The tweeters feature Tractrix technology, which increases the coverage area in low and high frequency ranges. The RB-41 II also uses Linear Travel Suspension for minimized audio distortion. The Klipsch RB-41 II is available in a Black Ash woodgrain vinyl finish.
