Koss P14

The Koss P14 are Behind-the-Head side firing headphones designed for street-smart style, affordability and transportability.  Based on the Koss P16 model, the P14 is available in black. Its lightweight 1 ounce and fully collapsible design make it ideal to be packed neatly into a backpack or purse.  The behind-the-head design does not interfere with hats or helmets, accomodates all head shapes and keeps the headphones in place even during rigorous activity making them ideal of active individuals.  The side-firing design directs sound directly into the ear canal to give improved bass performance, but still allows outside noise to pass through keeping the user aware of his surroundings.  This design, along with its light weight, make the P14 barely touch the users ears allowing them to be worn for long periods of time. The P14 comes with a 4 foot long single entry cord with standard 3.5mm stereo jack.  There is also an included volume control on the cord which is very convenient when portable audio devices are stored in a bag, or out of easy reach.  The P14 has a frequency response of 40-20,000 Hz.
