"I got a IRobot for christmas from my daughter. When it was deliverd I returned it to the company for a refund to my daughter. After a number of phone calls and e-mails, I still have not heard anything from this company. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for more then a week now. I think this company is nothing less then a piece of SHIT. For when you call you get a recording saying that all they're reps are besy and to leave a massage and someone would get back with you, But they never return your calls. And when you e-mail them, the samething happens, no response. They are nothing but bullshiters, for they do nothing but LIE, LIE, LIE " more
