Pros
- Speakerphone is very loud
- Looks cool
Cons
- USB charging jack not same mini usb as on Blackberry, other portable devices
- Input of numbers while texting is awkward
- No flash with extremely poor low light picture quality on the camera.
- MP3 Player, but no standard headphone jack.
- when using in widescreen mode, "OK" and "Cancel" (which normally hover over the corresponding buttons) also rotate with the screen, no longer matching up with the button that needs to be pressed.
- game control is awkward at best, using either random letters on the keyboard or forcing you to use your left thumb for control.
- low volume on earpiece, hard to hear calls in less than ideal environments.
- keyboard buttuns are tiny; almost no benefit over standard numerical keypad in text input speed.
- Opera browser (not yet?) available on Virgin website for this phone
- Web browsing is S - L - O - W. I think I read that the phone is capable of 3G, but so far I do not believe Virgin Mobile is utilizing it.
- Moderately heavy with no protection for the screen. Screen quickly becomes blurry from holding it against your face, looks like it will be easily scratched.
- Not a touchscreen

- USB connector is not merely oddball but seems to work only to recharge the phone, not for exchange of data.
- Unclear how to get new Java apps on to the phone without using Virgin Mobile's network to do it.
- Not a touchscreen
