The Belkin F5L001 is a laptop cooling device that relies on only a single fan. Best suited for 15” or smaller laptops, the F5L001 features a single USB-powerd fan that sits in the middle of the stand and channels laptop head to the left and right. Testers at CNET were able to use the device to successful cool their laptop by approximately 5.5 degrees. Additional features include a storage compartment for the USB cable on the bottom; an ergonomic design with a stand that elevates the rear; and rubber pads on the feed that keep the unit stably in place.
