The Black and Decker GF 1438 is the latest model lawnmower weighing 18 kg suiting medium to large gardens. It has 4 free rotating wheels, where the back wheels are lockable. Assembling the mower is very simple with few screws for fixing the 2 handles and two parts of the grass collector. However, you will be given a manual to assist you on assembling. The lawn mower is quite big that it comes with 16 metres of cable. There is a start switch and you need to push the safety switch in addition for the mower to start. There are 14 cutting heights ranging from height 1 cutting at 19mm and height 14 at 59mm and the remaining cutting levels are 6mm intervals. It is always safe to try higher level at first.

The machine uses metal rotary blade for cutting and the grass collection is good, cleaning and emptying proves to be easy as well. The mower is quiet and performs well. Snapper's 21675B is a mid-range lawn mower, and the most basic of its "Hi-Vac" enabled mowers. Hi-Vac is the name Snapper uses to describe the grass-collecting feature, pulling grass clippings upward rather than backward and then into a bag (this is supposed to be superior to conventional rear-mounted bagging systems). The bag itself holds 2.5 bushels and is mounted partially on the handle and is designed for straightforward emptying and re-mounting. The 21675B's engine is a Briggs and Stratton, with 6.75 lbs-ft of gross torque. Its rear wheels are larger than the front ones to handle varying terrain types. The handle height can be adjusted as well. The handle region also has soft grips and an operator console.
