The Leica D-LUX 3 is a 10 megapixel camera offered by Leica as a replacement to the D-LUX 2. This camera is very similar in design to the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX2, with additions like Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 and a 64MB SD memory card. It comes in a black or silver case which contains a 4x wide angle optical zoom lens and optical image stabilization. It has a 2.8" LCD monitor to view what you are shooting and review shots you have already taken. There is a pop-up flash with pre-flash red-eye reduction option. There are several scene modes including portraits, sport, night scenes, night portraits, fireworks, parties, snow, self-portraits, food, high-sensitivity mode, Baby 1, Baby 2, soft skin, candlelight, starry skies, landscapes and print.
