Today I just noticed they're selling the default W500 for $1350! This is an unbeatable deal if you need a desktop replacement - especially if you can really appreciate the processing/graphic performance, a high resolution screen, and ThinkPad keyboard/build. Upgrades do cost extra, but they generally seem worth it in most cases.
