$2,000.00
Released May, 2010
The Pros:Colors are realistic, capable of some good subtle shades. Allows for a wide range of adjustments to get the picture you want. Sports are rendered sharply, no blur, no stutter.
The Cons:Blacks tend to wash out into greys. Glossy surface reflects light in a mirror-like fashion, can't directly face a window.
The LG 42SL90 is an advanced 42” backlit-LED HDTV that utilizes an edge-lit LED system to produce superior image quality with a contrast ratio up to 3,000,000:1. As a competitor to the xxLX6500 series, the 42SL90 adds along an S-Video interface while maintaining LAN connectivity, but ditches its counterpart’s WiFi compatibility.
