The LG CH10LS20 is a Blu-ray player built to be installed as an internal disc drive in standard PCs. In addition to playing single and double-layer Blu-ray discs, the drive can read and write to DVDs and CDs.

Writing to DVDs can be as fast as 16x sped, and writing to CDs up to 48x speed. 4MB of buffer memory is used for consistent and uninterrupted burning, reducing the number of errors and the length of time it takes to create a new disc. SATA technology is also used to ensure high speed error-free communication with the PC. This drive can label LightScribe discs when compatible software is used.
