LG L1942T-BF

$170.00 Released April, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Setup is extremely easy, just plug-and-play. Bright and clear enough to be used next to a window. Reasonably small, can fit into tight spaces or on a crowded desk.

The Cons:Not capable of realistic colors or subtle tones. Limited size makes it a poor choice for movie-watching or video editing.

The LG L1942T-BF is a high mid-priced 19" LCD computer monitor. Like all three monitors in the Standard Series Flatron line, the L1942T-BF has the Flatron f-engine, which automatically adjusts the contrast and brightness of the monitor to fit the situation.

The Intelligent Auto Resolution feature of this monitor (another feature shared with all three Standard Series Flatron monitors) does the same thing with the resolution. The Clear Vision feature of the L1942T-BF (and all the Standard Series Flatrons) helps to reduce eye strain when you are viewing small images. The three monitors in this line all have different viewing angles. The 16.7 million color depth of the L1942T-BF is the same as the L1942P-BF, and higher than the lower cost L1742T-BF's 16.2 million color depth. The 5 millisecond response time of this monitor is the same as the L1742T-BF, but not as fast as the premium L1942P-BF's 2 milliseconds. The LG L1942T-BF is Energy Star qualified.
