The M2762D-PM is a commercial flat panel monitor from LG's M62 Series.  The monitor is designed with a slim chassis and glossy black bezel and features a 27" widescreen LCD display with a full HD resolution of 1080p pixels.

  It offers a contrast ratio of 50,000:1, 300 nits brightness, and a 5ms response time for reduced motion blur.  The M2762D-PM is recommended for commercial entertainment use like gaming or watching HDTV and DVDs.  It includes an MPEG4 tuner for viewing TV in 1080p as well as integrated speakers with TruSurround SRS HD.  The monitor also includes a variety of connectivity options with D-Sub, DVI-D, Composite, Component, and two HDMI ports.  The monitor is expected to be released in the first quarter of 2010 and has a suggested retail price of $750.

Anonymous: #lg_m2762d_pm The optical audio output port on teh LG M2762D that I purchased does not work with an external speaker bar that I got to augment the LG's built-in speakers, which are sufficient for sound for close proximity use but not for sound needed for larger spaces. Feb 2, 11
