Anonymous: #lg_wm2050cw We bought the LG WM 2050 CW washer and similar dryer this Fall. Both the washer and dryer had light blue backlights on the power and start/pause button. The backlights on the washer stopped working after 2-3 weeks. After several attempts to repair it, LG is now saying that this model never had the blue backlights and effectively that we are nuts. If they hadn't worked to start with we would have never known that they went out so quickly! Does someone who has this machine still have those blue backlights that work? Ii would really appreciate your input as LG has walked away from this stating we are wrong, misinformed and effectively lying! Their attitude is unbelievable. Thank you. Jan 11, 11
