The LG WM2701HV is a front loading washing machine with advanced dual LED display panel and Dial-A-Cycle controls, and is one of LG's largest washers. It is available in graphite steel finish and comes with an ultra-capacity 4.5 cubic ft NeveRust stainless steel drum and also uses LG's TrueBalance anti-vibration system and LoDecibel technology for quiet and smooth operation suitable for use in house or apartment.

SenseClean is a system that sets the water level and wash time by the weight and size of each load thereby improving economy and efficiency, and, Wash/Rinse Optimizer checks water hardness and detergent level, further adjusting cycle length to minimize energy use. 12 wash programs and 5 wash/rinse temperatures can be selected from the control panel, and although there is no steam wash option or Allergiene cycle like on the slightly less capacious WM2501HVA, there is a sanitary cycle that raises the temperature to 158°F for removal of household allergens.
