Lian Li PC-C36 Muse

The PC-C36 is a slim media PC case from Lian Li. An upgraded PC-C35 introduced in 2008, the PC-C36 includes a luxurious brushed aluminum finish and many features only found on full sized PC cases such as a removable drive cages, vibration dampening, and an included 70mm side intake fan. The PC-C36 includes a non-standard 300W power supply.

Fitted with a good modern mATX this is a wonderfully functional, quiet and good-looking system. I'm running quite an extensive system with E8400, 4GB, 2x500GB disks in raid0, Bluray, a 60GB Apex SSD (velcro'd to the base..). My CPU fan (a Scythe Shuriken low profile) is normally stationary.

  • beautiful case work from Lian-Li as usual
  • looks like a beautiful high end piece of A/V equipment, would fit in with any type of media setup
