Light Shield Lantern combines a camping lantern with Chemical free Mosquito Protection

Light Shield is a product line with of products that repels mosquitoes with light.  

 

The product is just as effective as chemical repellants containing DEET.  The disadvantages of the product are that you have to stay within the illuminated area, the product is only effective at in the evening and at night and the light is very yellow. Some advantages of the device are that it is portable, rechargeable, as to use, provides adequate light to read by and creates a  chemical free mosquito barrier.
