The E3000 is Linksys' top of the line wireless router. It offers a full range of features including dual band wireless-N and USB storage options. With simutaneous dual band the E3000 can run both 2.4GHz and 5Ghz frequencies at the same time unlike the E2000 which can only run one or the other.

The E3000 also contains faster hardware contributing to high performance in terms of network transfer rate when compared to the E2000. The Cisco Connect software promises to simplify home network setup and it also allows for a separate password protected network just for guests, simplified parental controls and advanced network settings. The E3000 offers simultaneous dual band A/B/G/N wireless with up to 300Mbps speed and 4 gigabit (10/100/1000) ethernet ports as well as an USB port and UPnP feature allows for file sharing and media streaming over the network by connect external storage devices to the router via USB. The E3000 is a good option for anyone looking for top of the line wireless networking performance whether it is for streaming HD content over the network or wireless gaming.
