The Lite DX-20A4PU is a 20x, external DVD/CD writer featuring Lite-On’s EZ-DUB function. It works by adding along two additional buttons: “DUB” and “FILE.” With “DUB,” the user inserts an original CD/DVD, presses the button, and then replaces it with a blank disc when prompted. As for “FILE,” it allows for easy, quick, and painless backup of data in just 3 easy steps. This is not the only enhancement sported by the writer; it also includes SMART-BURN for zero under-buffer-run errors, SMART-X for enhanced data extraction, and an ABS system that ensures there is no noise during recording.

Despite this unit's wide array of features, it does lack LightScribe disc-labeling technology. If this is a necessity, then please review either the DX-20A3H or DX-20A4H.
