Lite-On iHES206

The Lite-On iHES206 is an internal 6x Blu-ray disc player and DVD/CD writer. Once connected via a SATA interface, the unit can write DVDs up to 16x and CDs up to 48x. The unit also supports both 8cm and 12cm discs; plus it allows for direct disc-labeling via LightScribe. Most unique about the unit is its SMART-X function, which adjusts CD-DA / VCD / DVD data extraction to the fastest speed possible, according to the data request rate from the connected PC to the disc writer. Additional notable aspects of the Lite-On iHES206 include Seamless Link for no buffer-under-run errors, an ABS system for reduced vibrations and noise, and support for over-burn and raw mode copy.
