Lite-On iHES208

The Lite-On iHES208 is an internal 8x Blu-ray disc player and DVD/CD writer. It is a near duplicate of the iHES206, save for its enhanced BD read speed. Like its predecessor, it handles both single- and dual-layer BD, CD, and DVD discs, with speeds up to 48x (CDs). Included also is SMART-BURN, which automatically adjusts the writing strategy to ensure the best burning quality. Other notable aspects of the Lite-On iHES208 include protection from buffer-under-run errors, reduced vibrations and noise for more seamless writing, and disc labeling via LightScribe.
